HSF is a registered trust of foundation with the ideas of changes in ideas and beliefs to reform social economic equitable development to all with equitable development strategies bring this alternation or justice through its quality research and emphasize the rural and urban social economic issues of India. The motto is to “Encourage, Educate and Empower” socio-economic disadvantageous group of people, who are potential but usually undermined. Our overall goal is the empowerment of women and girls by assisting them in marriages from poor and marginalized communities. HSF encompasses the components of institutional care, literacy, vocational education; skill up gradation, Life skill development, Basic Manners, Etiquettes, Hygiene, and Placement, Entrepreneurship development, thus leading to integrated development of marginalized through shelter homes/ Alternative Education/ Vocational Training Canters and deal with other social issues. HSF has actively contributed to the country’s overall social development through various interventions. During these years, HSF directly reached out to thousands of people through various projects across the country.

We work with communities to identify gasps and make evaluations for potential inputs that would bring positive change to communities. The areas include community capacity strengthening needs, resource mobilization, utilization and management and social dynamics that often impact negatively on rural and urban societies. Our organization works on interventions that improve situations after implementation. So far a wide range of trainings/capacity buildings and target groups intervention activities have been conducted for enhanced community resource identification, harnessing and management and to come up with solutions to solve community social needs. Our activities have shown good results within the regions where we work.
